I had such an amazing time in the Florida Keys visiting with my baby sister and her husband! My son Jack, caught his first Sailfish and we saw such beauty, from exotic birds to the sweet “key deer” which are only the size of a small dog.

We also got to tour one of my most beloved writers homes, Ernest Hemingway! We even saw the famous six-toed cats which are direct descendants of Hemingway’s cats. It was truly a magical trip, I hope you enjoy the images!

Beautiful. I’ve been vacationing there all my life and never seen a key deer with antlers or noticed how many toes the cats have. Sounds like you took it all in and the resulting images are lovely. These colors are perfection.

  2. Jessica,

I LOVE film! I have immensely enjoyed my instax mini from Fuji Film! I shot these while working down in Alys Beach, one of my all-time favorite places!

Beautiful work. Your film selection and color seem to fit the environment perfectly or maybe the subject fits the film or maybe the photographer just did a good job—one of those three seems to be the case…
