Jessie and Roarke’s wedding was a perfect mix of elegance and simplicity. The location is one of my favorites in Georgia, Montaluce Winery.

I had such a wonderful time with Chin Young & Austin in Washington, DC ! We spent time in Georgetown where they had many dates, and all around the Mall. They are such a fun and stylish couple and I cannot wait to photograph their wedding in June!

Allie & Bill were married in September at the Trolley Barn in Atlanta, GA.

The high school sweethearts are from Atlanta but now live and work in NYC. Allie loves design and planned the wedding herself, wanting to make it fully her own. She incorporated her Southern Style with her new NYC roots. She mingled southern Ball jars, fried green tomatoes and wildflowers with modern elements like Smilebooth, sparkling mercury glass and books from The Strand, her and Bill’s favorite NYC bookstore.

They are such a wonderfully fun couple and I loved being a part of their special day!

Visiting Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico became a yearly tradition for Maria and Thad, after they met while working for CNN. Six years later Thad proposed there and they knew it would be the perfect place to have their wedding. Is was also special to Maria as her family roots are in Puerto Rico.

They had an amazing welcome dinner at their dear friends hacienda at the top of the island in Cabo Rojo. The next day included a tradition Catholic service at Santa Inglesia Caterdal Nuestra Senora del la Candelaria as well as an amazing oceanside celebration at Rincon Ocean Villa. They guests dined on Tostones and surullitos and traditional Puerto Rican dishes like pastelon, arroz con pollo and empanadas to the strains of traditional Latin music. For dessert the couple served pastelillitos de guayaba. After dinner the couple hired salsa dancers to teach guests how to dance Latin style.

A huge congratulations to such a special couple!
